Shipping Policy
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all products, excluding oversize items, for orders over $2,000. For orders under $2,000, shipping and handling fees will be calculated at checkout. Items such as reflectors, air filters, and hydro systems typically require freight shipping, and additional handling fees may apply. Please note that our standard shipping rates apply to the continental USA only. International orders, including customs and/or duties, may incur additional charges.
Turnaround: All orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on product availability, items are shipped within 24 to 72 hours (most orders are dispatched within 24 hours from Monday to Friday).
Carriers: We partner with the following carriers to ensure timely delivery:
- USPS
- FedEx
- UPS
- R&L, Estes, UPS Freight, and other carriers for larger LTL orders
Order Tracking: If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with this information. Please be aware that some orders shipped via 1st Class USPS mail might not have tracking numbers. For added security, all purchases exceeding $150 require a signature upon delivery. You can track your packages through our system or directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your products and your location. Before finalizing your purchase, you'll have the opportunity to review the shipping cost.
Back Orders: In the event an item is backordered, we will promptly notify you via email. Depending on the backorder situation, we'll offer several options, including waiting for the product to become available, suggesting a similar product, or processing a refund.
International Shipping: We collaborate with brokers or freight forwarders to ship hydroponics, gardening, aquaponics, and agriculture products internationally. If your country isn't listed, please reach out to us, and we'll do our utmost to facilitate your order.
