Refund Policy for Healthy Hydro

At Healthy Hydro, we prioritize the satisfaction and safety of our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are provided.

1. No Refunds After Shipment Once your order has been shipped, we cannot offer a refund. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Nutrient Products and Items with a Shelf Life Due to the nature and safety concerns of our nutrient products and items with a shelf life, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once they have been shipped, even if they are damaged. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our products.

3. Manufacturer Warranty For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty (excluding nutrient products and items with a shelf life), we will honor that warranty as per its terms and conditions. If you encounter any issues with a product under warranty, please contact us with the relevant details and we will guide you through the warranty claim process. Products must be in their original, unmodified condition for any warranty claim to be processed.

4. Modified or Altered Products Products that have been modified, drilled, cut, or altered in any way after purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or manufacturer warranty claims. All products are inspected and verified to be in working condition before leaving our store or shipping facility. Any modifications made after purchase are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Reporting Issues with Your Order Any concerns regarding an order, whether purchased online or in-store, including claims of incorrect, damaged, or defective items, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with photographic evidence of the issue including product labels, data plates, and packaging. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution. All products are inspected and documented before leaving our store or shipping facility. The product must be in its original, unmodified condition and accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation for any return or exchange to be considered.

6. Order Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. We can only process cancellations for orders that have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and our standard refund policy will apply.

7. Incorrect Items If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. However, please note that we cannot accept returns for nutrient products or items with a shelf life, even if they were sent in error.
